DocuVision Pro ("the Service"), operated by E&N Global Ventures LLC ("we", "us"), analyzes financial documents and surfaces potential risks, duplicates, anomalies and policy issues. The Service provides informational analysis only.
The Service does not make payment decisions for you. Any output — including "Safe", "Review", "Block", risk scores, or recommended actions — is informational and advisory only. You are solely responsible for all payment, accounting and financial decisions. Always verify independently before acting.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and use the Service lawfully.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor (Stripe). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
You may not misuse the Service, attempt to breach its security, upload unlawful content, or use it to violate the rights of others.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial loss, overpayment, missed fraud, incorrect decision, or any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of, or reliance on, the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
